Termination of the Service

You agree that OnlyFlyer in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, for limited or no limited time, immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if the OnlyFlyer believes that you have violated these Terms. Furthermore, you agree that the OnlyFlyer shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the service after that termination.

Upgrade or Cancel the Service

All payment made by members are final. You agree that there is no refund for the remaining period of the old package when upgrading from one package to another, or canceling the service before the end of the period of that package, or any interruptions of the service. Packages and their prices are subject to change without previous notice. OnlyFlyer tries the best to keep the site up. However, there is no compensation for the time in which the site is down.
